Depende de: Exports Manager Departamento: Exports Purposes of the position Responsible for all functions relating to sea freight exports. Export Controller with Logistics and Supply Chain typically involves overseeing and managing the outbound operations of a company, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and collaborating closely with sales stakeholders for on-time deliveries. The Export Controller is responsible for tracking and coordinating shipments, managing outbound orders, liaising with shipping agents and transporters, and meticulously handling documentation for a smooth customs process. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Operational – High level strategic:
  • Ensuring documentation accuracy and export compliance, tracking shipments, and coordinating with shipping agents and transporters for a streamlined export process.
  • Collaborating closely with sales stakeholders for on-time deliveries and providing timely and accurate information to internal stakeholder.
  • Preparing required documentation for international orders, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and handling documentation for a smooth customs process.
  • Fostering effective communication among various departments for smooth outbound operations and independently handling work activities, ensuring.
  • Ensuring compliance with export regulations and maintaining knowledge of shipping documents and procedures.
  • Utilizing strong analytical skills to monitor and analyse logistics operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implementing cost control measures to optimize logistics operations.
Operational – detailed:
  • Securing Ocean freight space and competitive rates for export customers – previous shipping line, experience an advantage.
  • Securing ocean freight space on various shipping line / ocean freight booking websites, experience an advantage.
  • Shipping line schedules updates.
  • Submitting Shipping Instructions.
  • Coordinating draft and final OBL's.
  • Resolving Shipping line queries.
  • Processing of Creditors invoices.
  • Ability to work extended hours and under pressure.
  • Invoicing and file balancing on Shipshape.
  • Shipping line accounts/invoices allocation to team.
  • All service levels pertaining to the customers' requirements.
  • Effective Communication – internal and external.
  • Daily communication with clients, shipping lines and service providers.
  • Liaising internally with stock team / operations team / finance / Intermodal.
  • All correspondence to clients relating to their stock and shipments.

  • Inventory turnover ratio: Measures the number of times inventory is sold and replaced in a given period.
  • Customs clearance time: Measures the time taken to clear customs for each shipment.
  • Percentage of shipments with damage or loss: Measures the percentage of shipments that are damaged or lost during the export process.
  • Average order cycle time: Measures the time taken to process an order from start to finish.
  • Compliance rate: Measures how well the company adheres to export regulations.
  • Market share: Measures the company's share of the total market.
Education / qualification / training and experience
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, international business, or a related field may be preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of operational experience in import/export activities.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of international trade, customs regulations, and logistics management.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential, as it is the most international of languages. It is also advisable to be fluent in the languages of the main export markets.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential for an Export Controller to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and manage relationships.
  • Certifications: Certifications in export compliance, logistics management, or supply chain management may be preferred.

Depende de: Senior Financial Accountant / Accounts Payables Supervisor Departamento: Finanzas Objetivos del puesto: The role of the Accounts Payable controller involves providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organisation. Their role is to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.   • Providing oversight for assigned client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborating with Operations to ensure client’s inbound and outbound activity is handled effectively.

  • Implement required infrastructure for IATA, FIATA and other clearing and forwarding related accreditations, memberships and associations.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Key Account Management of our SEA network including quotation handling, sourcing of services and rates as well as P&L management not limited to sea freight (Vessel/Part Charter/LCL/FCL), air freight shipment and inland trucking.
  • Expand reliable and competitive freight forwarders, carriers (Sea and Air), other transport providers meeting the companies and customer requirements, monitor and track their service performance (service failures, issues, disputes and claims).
  • Maintain customer satisfaction in meeting customer’s requirements with a reasonable response-time, rate competitiveness and validity periods.
  • Build relationships at all levels and represents the company, including making presentations and attending networking events.
  • Provide management reporting including business reviews, sales planning, meetings and visit reports, etc.

  • Cierre de libros para Access World (Perú) S.A.C. de acuerdo con los PCGA locales estatutarios y NIIF y entrega de un paquete de informes mensuales a Consolidación del Grupo con los comentarios apropiados.
  • Ejecutar los pasos pertinentes para el cierre, como la capitalización, los devengos, las provisiones, los impuestos y otros controles de validación.
